舞踏と舞踏的コンテンポラリーダンスのワークショップです。
ウォームアップを兼ねた舞踏的筋トレとエクササイズの後、公演で行われる作品の一部をワークショップで行います。
This is a workshop in Butoh and Butoh-inspired contemporary dance.
After a warm-up session featuring Butoh-based strength training and exercises, participants will learn and practice an excerpt from a piece that will be performed in the upcoming show.

Mamiko Hosokawa
ダンサー・振付家 振付/即興、劇場/パブリック空間などの境界を来往しながら、様々な環境で身体とともに発信している。 ベルギー留学後、劇場外でのアウトリーチ公演や様々なジャンルのアーティストとのプロジェクトを企画する傍ら、美術展やアートフェスに参加。振付指導・高齢者身体機能訓練士などその活動は多岐にわたる。認知症高齢者との共同制作シリーズ「ひみつ文庫(vol.1-3)」を発表。ベルギー映画祭にて最優秀ダンス賞受賞(監督：Vincent Guilbert監督)加藤みや子ダンススペースメンバー。ARU.主宰。
Dancer/choreographer She transmits with her body in various environments, coming and going between the boundaries of choreography/improvisation and theater/public space. After studying in Belgium, she has organized outreach performances outside of theaters and projects with artists of various genres, while participating in art exhibitions and art festivals. Her activities are diverse, including choreographic instruction and physical training for the elderly. She presented “Himitsu Bunko (vol.1-3),” a series of collaborative works with elderly people with dementia. Winner of the Best Dance Award at the Belgian Film Festival (directed by Vincent Guilbert), member of Miyako Kato Dance Space, and leader of ARU.
目黒陽介 ジャグラー
Yosuke Meguro
ジャグラー、現代サーカス演出家。14歳でジャグリング、17歳で大道芸を始める。アートとしてのジャグリングを追求し、屋外や劇場、ライブハウス、美術館、廃墟など多様な場所で活動している。2008年、現代サーカスカンパニー「ながめくらしつ」を結成し、ほぼ全作品の演出を担当し多くの作品を発表。2025年3月シアタートラムにて「ライフワーク」再演。
Juggler and contemporary circus director, began juggling at the age of 14 and street performing at 17. In 2008, he formed the contemporary circus company “Nagamekuratsu” and has directed almost all of the company’s productions. A piece entitled “Life Work” has been performed for March 2025 at Theatre Tram.
マナミ ダンサー
Manami
幼少期よりクラシックバレエを習い、高校では都立総合芸術高校に進学、コンテンポラリーダンスコースを専攻。様々なダンスジャンルを経験し、舞踏の世界に足を踏み入れる。現在はジャンルやスタイルを超えた、形に囚われない自分の表現を追求しながらフリーに活動している。
Having studied classical ballet since childhood, she went on to major in Contemporary Dance at Tokyo Metropolitan High School of the Arts. After exploring a wide range of dance genres, she was drawn into the world of Butoh. Today, she continues to work independently, seeking a personal form of expression that moves beyond genre and convention.

2023年に設立した舞踏家の若羽幸平と舞踊家の川村真奈によるユニット。喫茶店のようにさまざまな人たちが自由に出入りし、アートを通してつながる空間を目指してプロジェクトを展開。毎月2回の定期ワークショップを実施中。
A unit formed in 2023 by Butoh dancer Kohei Wakaba and dancer Mana Kawamura. They develop projects aiming to create a space like a coffee shop where diverse people freely come and go, connecting through art. They currently hold regular workshops twice a month.
